What can I do with QRMe?
Generate QR codes from website links, download them as PNG or SVG, save and manage a QR library, and use Pro for bulk generation and detailed scan analytics.
How do saved QR codes and analytics work?
Saved QR codes use a QRMe tracking link. When scanned, it records the scan and then sends the visitor to your destination URL. Pro analytics includes scan trends, locations, devices, operating systems, browsers, traffic sources, unique visitors, repeat scans, a QR leaderboard, recent scan activity, and CSV export.
What is included with the Free plan?
Free accounts can generate QR codes, download PNG and SVG files, and save up to five QR codes.
What does Pro include?
Pro includes unlimited saved QR codes, Bulk QR Generator access, and Scan Analytics. The current Pro price is $1.99 per month. See the full comparison on the pricing page.
Can I import an Excel spreadsheet?
Yes. Pro users can import CSV and .xlsx Excel files using a name,url header row, or a single URL column. You can also download a CSV template from the Bulk QR Generator.
What is the bulk import limit?
Each import is limited to 200 QR codes and a 2MB file. This keeps QR ZIP creation and saving responsive. Larger jobs require an asynchronous import system and are not currently supported.
Why is my QR code not opening the expected page?
Open the QR entry in your dashboard and check its destination URL. Use a complete public website address such as example.com. Saved codes can be edited from the QR library.
How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?
Open Dashboard, then use Manage Billing. It opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can update payment details or cancel. Your Pro access remains active until the end of a paid billing period if you cancel.
What visitor information is stored?
Analytics records scan time, approximate country/region/city when provided by the hosting platform, device type, operating system, browser, and referrer. Repeat scans are detected with a one-way visitor hash; raw IP addresses are not stored.
